Sequencing platform of I2BC
Introduction
The High Throughput Sequencing platform was setup in January 2010 and is available to all academic and industrial users. It handles the complete service, from the preparation of libraries and sequencing to the primary analysis of the data.
It offers its users a wide range of techniques for the preparation of DNA and RNA libraries and their sequencing.
It also offers bioinformatics analyses: mapping and various types of analyses that are defined in agreement with the users at the beginning of each project.
In some cases, for more complex projects, a collaboration can be implemented.

Main achievements
Certification / Quality Assurance
Fully committed to the ISO 9001 quality management system, we obtained our first ISO 9001 certification in October 2015, which was then completed by the NFX 50-900 norm in November 2017. These certificates were renewed in April 2022.
